SIZING + CARE

Because each item is upcycled, The Trash Pile has no standard sizing. Each item’s size is included on its product page; measurements are available upon request. We recommend washing with cold water and drying on low or no heat to keep your clothing looking good for a long time.

SHIPPING (USA)

USA shipping is $5-15 depending on weight and destination. Shipping is free if your order is more than $100. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from eastern North Carolina.

SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL)

The Trash Pile ships worldwide! International shipping options are calculated at checkout based on weight and final destination. Please be aware that international packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties at the port of entry depending on final country.

I make every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery. But, I cannot and do not take responsibility for any delays or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

ORDER FULFILLMENT TIMES (READY TO SHIP)

It may take up to 7 days for your order to ship, sometimes longer. The Trash Pile is operated by one person; everything is handmade and packaged by just one person. Thanks for being patient!

ORDER FULFILLMENT TIMES (CUSTOMS)

Customs take up to 4 weeks to complete, sometimes more depending on the time of year. Everything is made by one person, and I want to make sure your item gets the love, attention, and good vibes it deserves. Thanks for letting me make you something rad! I promise the wait will be worth it.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

At this time, The Trash Pile cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations, sorry! Please DOUBLE CHECK your address, size, and payment information. Please read the CARE TIPS before purchasing!

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Unfortunately, I cannot issue a refund, store credit or replacement for lost or stolen packages. Once a package leaves my studio, it is completely out of my control. Please reach out to the shipper to file a claim using your tracking number.
