Refund policy
I generally do not accept returns. Each item in my shop is handmade and therefore the risk of receiving an altered product from a customer is extremely high. Please carefully read the item details, including sizing and care instructions, before completing your purchase.
If there is an issue with an item you receive, please don't hesitate to reach out and I will work to remedy the problem. To reach out about a problem with you order, shoot me an email at taylorstrashpile@gmail.com. If a return is necessary, I'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If a refund is necessary, I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
